WOW is all I can say. It was so difficult to even try and deal with the Mobil Pet groomer. She kept telling me to hold on hold on hold on, and then out of nowhere she’s like hello hello hello screaming at me. I’m sitting here thinking to myself, dear Lord you’re the one who asked me to hold on. I’m quiet waiting for you to look at your availability. Completely unprofessional. It was very hard to understand her with her broken English. Perhaps somebody who can understand English and speak. It appropriately should be answering the phone. She gave me a very hard time with regards to my cat going to the vet prior to the grooming. She would not even let me get out a word to explain to her that my cat is extremely social. He does not suffer from any sort of anxiety. This cat is a bangle, cat and certain things that would stress other cats out, do not stress him out. She was so ignorant to the fact that she just knew everything opposed to letting me explain the situation and questioning me if it was a good idea that my cat go to the vet and get groomed on the same day. I own four bangle cats. All of my cats have different personalities and I know each cat very well. As a pet owner, I would never put any of my animals in a bad situation. This is why I will never go back or even attempt to have an appointment with this place because I would be putting my animal in a bad situation with a person who is too ignorant they talk over you and clearly an inadequate vocabulary to understand the other person on the other end of the phone.
Natalia was amazing. My husky Chloe is a diabetic and partially blind. She took such good care of her. As you know our furry babies are like our children. I am going to start my Chloe on a monthly routine visit.Thank you Pawmper and Natalia❤️❤️
