I had a very bad experience with their service. I have a 10 year old cat who has been groomed since she was a baby. This was my first and most definitely my last time usingPawmper Fluffy Salon and Mobile Pet Spa. A few hours after my cat was groomed her fur stated coming off in huge patches. By the morning my apartment was covered in her fur and she was no where to be found. She was hiding and in pain. when I saw her I contacted Pawmper Fluffy who pretty much washed their hands off. I had to take her to the vet and the results were that the cheap products they used to wash my cat BURNED her! she was red and the reason her fur came off!! I informed Pawmper Fluffy of the situation and not once have they reached out to ask how my cat is doing! They do not care and I can't support a business who doesn't care about their client's (pets). My cat is my child I was worried sick and she was in pain! Because this business decided to to reduce their cost it ended up costing me a lot more, from the vets expenses to having to take two days off work. This was not the type of review I was planning on leaving but I am upset with everything that went on last week.
